VeriFreelance

For landlords & lenders

What is a VeriFreelance income report?

A guide for landlords, lenders, and property managers who have received a shared VeriFreelance report.

The self-employed person whose income it shows created this report with VeriFreelance. They chose the period it covers and gave consent before sharing it with you through a private link that expires.

Gross income, documented business expenses, net income, a monthly breakdown, average monthly income, income by payment platform and category, and a list of the deposits included. The account holder may hide descriptions or balances for privacy.

Each deposit is classified as business income, a tip, a gift, a transfer, or another type, and only business income and tips count toward totals. Every deposit has an evidence status: bank-confirmed, strong, supported by documents (invoices, 1099s, statements), or self-reported. That status is shown next to each deposit.

Each report has a unique ID and a generation date, so you can match it to the copy the applicant gave you. Every view of the share link is logged, the account holder can revoke it at any time, and you can see the evidence for every number. This report organizes and documents income. It is not a credit score and does not guarantee approval.
